Task 1: Visioning
Let us extract that foggy idea of a project and start putting pen to paper. We can help you through concept design, master planning, programming, cost estimating, pro forma development, facility assessments, and anything else you need to help you turn your vision into an action plan.
task 2: design
Once we have set the course for your project, we can develop that vision into a detailed plan. Our team of designers can develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, code review data, and anything else needed for construction documentation.
Task 3: Construction administration
We may not swing the hammers, but we know where the nails go! We work tirelessly to ensure our builder partners have the insights they need to get every detail of your project just as you envisioned.
Task 4: reflect
Even after the ribbon cutting, we want to be a committed partner that you can trust on your next project too. That means cataloging project success we can repeat, and reviewing corrections that need to be made for next time.
